The Mid Gippsland Football League and Mid Gippsland Netball Association held its junior vote counts at Yinnar Recreation Reserve, which was well attended by both players and parents.

The winner of the thirds football best and fairest was Matt Dyer from Boolarra. Matt adds the achievement to a list this season that also includes interleague captain, Austar Challenge East Victoria representative, and runner up in his club best and fairest on Sunday.
